Vendor Day objectives:
- To communicate company's focus areas and strategic values.
- To optimize work process through the streamline system and submission platform.
- To ensure timely submission and receipt of quotation from suppliers.
- To ensure timely goods delivery / service completion from suppliers.
- To enhance suppliers database for future reference.
- To increase participation from reliable suppliers and increase the number of secured contracts.
- To motivate suppliers to perform/render excellent and consistent goods/services.
- To improve company's branding and presence in market.
