Security Loss and Control Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent who will be reporting to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager is to support in managing daily functions of the department as to ensure protection of company’s property, employees, guests and other interested parties. Maintain security logs, security procedures and other relevant documents required by Law and Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Trains staff in established security emergency procedures including but not limited to security incident, plant security measures, and fire prevention procedures.

  • Supporting Security Loss Prevention Operations
  • Assisting in Leading Security Loss Prevention Teams
  • Perform administration activities of Company’s Security Section
  • Maintain good communication on all material related to Security and Loss Control
  • Prepare incident investigation report
  • Compliance with all SHEQ legal legislation and procedures

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Security Management or equivalent
  • Degree in Security Management or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in Security Loss and Control Technical Management
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
