Reporting to Assistant Manager - Instrument, the incumbent is to maintain, inspect, prevent downtime and increase availability and performance of the plant instrumentation systems

Job Description 

• Maintain a high level of safety throughout the execution of assigned tasks
• Maintain and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used in control generating operations. Instruments include flow meters, Temperature transmitters and elements, pressure gauges and pneumatic valves

Responsibilities:

The purpose of this job is to assist the Mechanical Engineer with; Organizing and safe controlling including saving on VAULT off all existing Sakura drawings, OEM manuals and other technical information. Draughts person will also be able to generate high quality manufacturing design drawings to use for plant improvement projects.

• Maintain a high level of safety throughout the execution of all detail design drawings generated by considering best practice standards and Sakura Design criteria.
• Successful drafting of all mechanical, structural, electrical and GA drawings of the plant and related equipment as required for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Develop a secure storage and recovery system with thus use of VAULT to safeguard and store all Sakura Drawings.

  • A diploma or degree in drafting obtained from an accredited training facility.  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an intern or apprentice in a drafting firm or construction company.  Additional structural drafting experience required.

Reviewing and updating the Business plan and forecast model regularly with the latest market/financial information for the Company to have confidence in decision-making.

FINANCIAL MODELLING AND SCENARIO ANALYSIS

Reviewing, developing and analysing financial models for current operations and potential projects in order to prepare presentations and recommendation to Senior management

CAPITAL/ASSETS CONTROL: -

Monitor regularly on the fixed asset register. Ensure the register is kept updated from time to time.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING: -

Cross checking the monthly report with basic standard of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS), to ensure the full compliance.

 PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Liaising with External auditor on updating the latest financial reporting standard to ensure all the reporting are under compliance.

The purpose of this role is to identify, manage, and report on ESG-related projects and current pipeline initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, monitoring ongoing projects such as Bio Carbon testing, CO gas to ethanol conversion, and liquid ammonium sulphate to fertilizer conversion, while ensuring successful project execution, reporting, and closure. The incumbent will also gather and present ESG data, calculate emissions, and benchmark performance with industry standards, supporting the annual ESG report and sustainability goals.

• Analyze and recommend ESG related projects designed to advance sustainability objectives, align with organizational goals, and deliver measurable impact
• Manage the monitoring, and completion of ESG projects, track progress, address challenges, and focus on delivering sustainable outcomes.
