Purpose

This job is to manage and coordinate all training and related development activities. Engage business line on the development of training programs, both technical and soft skills for the respective disciplines. Support HR Manager in discussion and/or negotiation with external training vendor on training program development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff technical and competencies training
  • Assist operations and other department in identifying relevant training opportunities for employees
  • Identify appropriate training and development activities as well as monitoring
  • Actively investigate and contribute enhancements to procedures and processes
  • Ensure full compliance to Sakura Ferroalloys OHSE policies and Compliance with All Malaysian Health, Safety and Environment
  • Collate and propose training budget and promote effective use of funds for training purposes
  • Manage complaints and investigation of Industry Relation issues or grievance in a proper and timely manner

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources

 

All candidates must be able to communicate in English,computer literate,  possessed good communication skills  with various working levels

This position to be based at Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu, Sarawak
